Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ AgentTicketMove 7.0.1.opm

Configuration

This module must be configured in the System Configuration in the administrative interface. The following configuration options are available:

Enable Service Field

Go to system configuration and enable config:

  • Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketMove###Service

Config Service no mandatory

Field Service no mandatory

Enable Service Field as mandatory

Go to system configuration and enable config:

  • Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketMove###ServiceMandatory

Config Service mandatory

Field Service as mandatory

Note: For the mandatory field to be visible, it is necessary to enable the Service configuration, only with both enabled the field will appear as mandatory.

Enable SLA Field as mandatory

Go to system configuration and enable config:

  • Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketMove###SLAMandatory
